A table lamp featuring a cold-cast porcelain figurine by Giuseppe Armani for Florence Sculture d’Arte. The figurine depicts a young woman in an Edwardian-style promenade dress, wearing a wide-brimmed hat with a feather and holding a closed parasol. The figurine is finished in a matt palette of soft greens, cream, and flesh tones. It is mounted upon a circular white pedestal, which is set into a larger three-tiered wooden base with a mahogany-effect finish. The lamp is fitted with a flared, pale celadon-green fabric shade with decorative corded edging. A gold-toned plaque on the wooden base is inscribed Giuseppe Armani, and the figurine base bears an incised signature for Giuseppe Armani alongside a blue crowned N mark.
