The exterior is decorated in the Pansy pattern, showcasing tube-lined floral motifs in shades of pink, purple, and green set against a deep cobalt blue ground. The piece is finished with a hand-painted translucent glaze. The base is impressed with the marks MADE IN ENGLAND and MOORCROFT, alongside an indistinct impressed mark.
