A garden sundial featuring a reconstituted stone pedestal and a circular metal dial plate. The pedestal is of figural form, depicting two putti or cherubs supporting a fluted, vase-shaped capital. The pedestal is cast from stone with a textured finish and is designed in the neoclassical style characteristic of English garden ornaments. The pedestal is topped with a circular metal sundial plate featuring Roman numerals from IV to VIII and a central gnomon. A decorative border and a band of worn markings are present at the upper edge of the dial plate.
