An early 20th-century Jacobean Revival oak drop-leaf side or occasional table. The rectangular top is constructed from solid oak boards and features two hinged drop-leaves, which are supported by wooden pull-out sliders. Below the frieze is a single full-width drawer fitted with a pair of brass drop handles on shaped backplates and a central keyhole. The table is raised on four traditional barley-twist legs, which are joined by a rectangular box stretcher for added stability, terminating in short turned feet.
