An assortment of walking sticks and canes of varying styles, materials, and designs. The collection includes a modern height-adjustable cane constructed from black finished metal, likely aluminium, featuring an ergonomic black composite Derby-style handle, a silver-toned metal collar, and a nylon wrist strap. This piece is fitted with a large black rubber ferrule and bears a white adhesive label on the lower shaft with a CE mark.
The group further contains a polished wooden walking stick with a turned Derby-style handle and a smooth, light-coloured wooden shaft, possibly beech, finished with a black rubber ferrule. There are three natural wood canes with crook handles: one featuring a greenish-brown bark finish and a small shield-shaped metal souvenir badge attached to the upper shaft; one with a dark bark shaft, possibly hazel or blackthorn; and a weathered example with a dry, greyish-brown appearance and a worn grey rubber ferrule. No hallmarks are present on the metal components, and no system cane features were observed.
