This set of original watercolours on paper depicts various scenes of classical Haute École dressage. The subjects include horses and riders performing traditional manoeuvres such as the levade, capriole, and Spanish walk. Each work is executed in a controlled illustrative style, using a palette of blue-grey washes with subtle brown accents. Every piece in the collection is signed and dated to the lower corner, reading R. NARANJO 2003. The works are housed in simple black frames under glass with white mounts.
