Buyer's Premium:

This lot comprises an assortment of miniature porcelain vessels presented in two black-painted wooden display cases, attributed to the Franklin Mint Treasures of the Imperial Dynasties collection, circa 1980. The collection features several cylindrical vases with white grounds decorated in polychrome enamels with traditional motifs such as peonies, plum blossoms, and bamboo, many of which are finished with blue geometric borders. Also included are multiple vessels in various traditional forms, such as bottle vases, baluster vases, meiping, double-gourd, and square-sectioned vases. The decorations are diverse, including underglaze blue and white dragon and floral patterns, famille rose style enamels with floral and bird motifs, a landscape scene, a celadon-type green-glazed vase with white flowering branches, and a dark-glazed rounded jar. These items were produced in the late 20th century as commemorative decorative pieces replicating historical Chinese ceramic styles.
