This lot comprises two workshop bench vices, both mounted to timber blocks. The first is a multi-angle vice in the Parrot or Versa-Vise pattern, finished in green paint. This design features a swivelling base and a jaw assembly that can be rotated 360 degrees horizontally and vertically to allow for various workpiece orientations. It is fitted with a chrome-plated T-handle and is bolted to a laminated wood base. The second is a Record No. 00 bench vice, a small-scale tool produced in Sheffield, UK. The cast iron body is finished in blue paint and displays cast lettering on the sides reading Nº 00 and RECORD. This vice is intended for light-duty workshop use or model-making and is mounted to a smaller wooden block.
