Goofy is depicted reclining on a yellow plastic pillow with a blue and white striped base, dressed in fabric clothing consisting of an orange shirt and blue trousers with a decorative patch. The telephone features a circular push-button dial designed to resemble a traditional rotary dial, with a central green button marked REDIAL and PAUSE. A separate R button is positioned to the right of the centre. The black plastic base features raised gold-toned letters spelling GOOFY. The handset is connected via a coiled black cord and rests on a cradle behind the figure.
