This lot comprises an assortment of domestic and decorative ceramics. Included is a novelty teapot featuring cow motifs and a miniature model of a thatched cottage. A ceramic money box in the form of a rotary telephone is decorated with floral transfers and inscribed MONEY PLEASE. The collection features several pieces of souvenir crested china, notably a small candlestick with the FELIXSTOWE crest and a coordinating trinket box. Oriental-style wares are represented by blue and white Prunus pattern ginger jars, a teapot with hand-painted figural scenes, and a Cantonese-style vase and jar with polychrome decoration; one vase bears a handwritten label Chinese Vase. Jasperware-style items include a small vase and a trifid trinket dish with white classical reliefs in the style of Wedgwood. Animal subjects include a recumbent greyhound on a cobalt blue base, a seated spaniel, and a rearing horse on a plinth. Other items include a large owl figurine finished in a dark brown treacle glaze, a ceramic mortar with a blue crest dated 1869, and a small white vase bearing a black backstamp for Royal Collection, MADE IN ENGLAND.
